Artist’s Profile

“Having been an amateur artist for most of my life I decided in 2004 to seek more formal training in order to refine and expand my skill set. I enrolled in classes at Brizart with Jennifer Andrews and progressed to an advanced member of the Brizart Studio Group.

I have invested considerable time and effort into developing my own unique techniques which I combine with more traditional methods to produce artwork which is highly expressive in its nature. I enjoy capturing light and reflections as well as working tonally. My love of detail is often expressed through the inclusion of small defects or objects not seen with the naked eye. At all times I strive to produce artwork that will delight the viewer both now and into the future.

My artwork has won several awards and has sold through local, national and international commissions including Anglican Church Grammar School and Brisbane Boys College.”
